PRI in Person is open to anyone with an interest in responsible investment, both those in sustainability specific roles, and senior leaders or those looking to expand their knowledge and networks such as CEOs, CIOs and Portfolio Managers. The majority of our attendees are Asset Owners and Investment Managers.

5. Build a full week of meaningful engagements. Take advantage of our wider programme of activity, from networking receptions to high-profile side events and key stakeholder convenings. Highlights will include the Sustainable Finance Policy Conference, and our full-day Global Asset Owner Forum (exclusively for AOs) returning after a successful inaugural event in 2025. 

In order to ensure PRI in Person attendance is available to as many organisations as possible, we apply an initial registration limit of seven (7) employees per organisation, except where specified in sponsorship contracts. The limit will be reviewed alongside our capacity closer to the event date. For any queries please do contact the team.

If you need to cancel your registration and it is before the cancellation deadline of 15 September 23:59 CEST, you can do this by clicking on the 'Regiser | Log in' button in the top right-hand corner of your screen. This will take you to your registration summary, where you will then need to click the ‘Cancel or amend registration’ button.

A delegate who is between jobs, retired or due to any other reason will not represent any particular organisation at PRI in Person should register with the registration type 'Individual'.

There will be a comprehensive programme of side events organised by the PRI team and key stakeholders across the responsible investment community taking place throughout the week, be sure to check our side event page over the coming months. Please note, side events will require a separate registration. If you are considering hosting a side event, please review our guidelines. These include instructions on how we can support the promotion of your event.

Breakout sessions are first come first served on the day, so please arrive promptly if you want to access a specific session. All breakout sessions will be recorded and available for delegates to view within 48 hours of the session ending. 

The event’s language is English. We are considering the use of closed captioning to enhance accessibility at the event, information here will be provided in due course. 

Each year we receive a high level of interest in speaking at PRI in Person. We are working hard to accommodate as many different perspectives across both the PRI’s 5,000+ signatories and wider stakeholder ecosystem as possible, within the c. 150 speaking opportunities available, including through running an open call for speakers in the coming months. Please note we are unlikely to offer multiple invites to any single organisation. We encourage all those interested in participating in the event to register as soon as possible.  Should you register as a paid attendee and later be confirmed as a speaker, your registration fee will be refunded.

When registering for the event, make sure to opt in by ticking the relevant box during registration to appear on the 'Meet your peers' page. You can also add a mini biography and photo during registration.

To check if you have opted in, log in using the ‘Register | Log in’ button, then open ‘Registration’ to view your summary page. Under the Details heading, check the Networking Enabled line to see if it’s marked Yes or No. To change this, click ‘Edit your networking details’.

From early October, you can use the chat bubble on people’s profile images to initiate chats and book in one-to-one meetings. If you’re looking for someone from a specific company, or with a particular job title, you can use the search bar to bring up attendees that match your criteria.

Yes. To register on behalf of a colleague, please select this option on the first page of registration. You will then be asked to enter your own email and your colleague’s (the delegate’s) email. After this point, all details entered should be the delegate’s details. The PRI in Person event account will be set up with your colleague’s email address. If you need to log back into this account at a later point, you will need to enter your colleague’s email address and password created during registration.

PRI in Person 2026 will not be livestreamed. All plenary sessions, and the majority of breakouts on the main agenda, will be recorded. PRI in Person ticket holders will have access to this content within 48 hours via the event website.

When planning your travel to Amsterdam, it is essential to understand the entry requirements based on your country of origin. Whether you need a visa to visit the Netherlands depends on your nationality and your travel plans.

We highly recommend that delegates requiring a visa apply as soon as possible to ensure sufficient processing time for the conference.

Even if you do not need a visa, you must still meet certain conditions in order to visit the Netherlands. These can be found on the website of Netherlands Worldwide.

An on-demand ticket provides access to digital recordings of key conference content, including plenary sessions, and selected breakout sessions. You can watch these sessions at your convenience after the event. Please note that recordings will be published at PRI’s discretion, and not all sessions may be made available on-demand.
