VAT information
*Ticket prices are subject to Netherlands VAT at 21%. Dutch registered businesses are exempt from paying the VAT. Please contact events@unpri.org if you have any queries.

In order to ensure PRI in Person attendance is available to as many organisations as possible, we apply an initial registration limit of seven (7) employees per organisation, except where specified in sponsorship contracts. The limit will be reviewed alongside our capacity closer to the event date. For any queries please do contact the team.

What is included in your delegate pass
     Access to all three days of the conference (Tuesday-Thursday) including lunch and refreshments on all three days.
     Access to the Networking reception on Tuesday 13 October at StrandZuid and the Exhibition reception on Wednesday 14 October.
     Access to on-demand session recordings and online resources post-event.
     Please note your delegate ticket does not include travel or accommodation.
On-demand recordings
An on-demand ticket provides access to digital recordings of key conference content, including plenary sessions, and selected breakout sessions. You can watch these sessions at your convenience after the event. Please note that recordings will be published at PRI’s discretion, and not all sessions may be made available on-demand.

Non-profit and government organisations
A special rate of USD 1,045 is available for representatives from non-profit and government organisations (limited to 2 representatives per organisation) and trustees, whose work focuses on responsible investment.

Emerging markets
To support event attendance by delegates from ‘emerging and developing economies’ (EMDEs) the PRI is offering a 20% discount per each price category.

The discount is applicable to delegates based in one of the countries listed as EMDEs in the most recent IMF World Economic Outlook country classification.

Asset Owner grants 
In addition to the reduced fee noted above, we are delighted to offer a limited number of Asset Owner grants, which include a complimentary ticket and/or support for travel expenses. This application is open to individuals based in EMDEs, and working for a PRI Asset Owner signatory headquartered in an EMDE. If you would like to apply for the Asset Owner grant, please submit this form.
 
Academics
A limited number of places for full time academics are also available at the special rate of USD 1,045.

Deadlines
You may cancel your booking for a full refund (minus a small admin charge) until 15 September 23:59 CEST, after which time you can transfer your place to a colleague up until 6 October.
